My new tank

I am moving at the end of September so I thought why not upgrade. I am on a budget so I didn't want to go too big plus I wanted to keep my same light. I got the biggest 24" tank I could which is the Oceanic 37g Show. It's 24.5 x 18.5 x 21. Petsmart had it on sale for $190 tank and stand. Prettty good deal considering my LFS wanted almost $500. It's not RR but I want to have it drilled in the upper right corner. Anyone no someone in the area that does this? This is going to be my first sump on a tank so I have alot of questions. First I am looking at getting this overflow box, it's the small one on the bottom of the page. http://www.wetdryfilter.com/internal_overflow_boxes.htm
Is this OK? How do I install these with silicone/glue? Where else can I find internal overflows? How many holes do I need drilled just one for it to drain or do I need one for the return? What size holes? I was thinking about buying this sump minus the overflow box it would cost me $200. what do you think?

As far as the sump is concerned, I wouldn't get it just for the simple fact that you'll be limited to that skimmer. A good quality skimmer will save you alot of headaches down the road. I would just buy a plain aquarium, have Ace hardware cut glass for the baffles, buy a 18w Jebo PC light for 20.00 on eBay, and buy a used Aqua C Remora skimmer. Just my 2 cents.

I concur. I've got a 33 Oceanic cube and I love it! The Remora is nearly the perfect skimmer for it, but make sure if you get it for a sump you get the Urchin, not the remora. Remora is for hang on, Urchin is for in sump. I've had both and they are worth it.

Thanks for the resposes. I do have a remora already, can I just hang on the sump? I wasn't sure about that skimmer but I think that I can buy it without the skimmer. I'm not real crazy about my Remora, I have a BakPak on my other tank and to tell you the truth it pulls alot more junk than the Remora alot more quite too.
