It's a Neopetrolisthes oshimai. This is a filter feeder that uses it's long feathery antennae to sweep food particles out of the water. They[re very protective of their anenomes and are quite fun to watch. Where did you buy it?
They are very territorial of the NEM, I had dozen of those... the burgandy w/purple lining and white w/ purple spots.... the white ones like having a nem the burgandy lives more on the rocks... they are called porcelin crabs... very reef safe..
HAD... I had a bout with dinoflangellets.. whipped out 90% of my inverts.. both species of porcelin crabs, queen conchs, scarlets, and a whole bunch of snails.
