My order

hey guys,
i place an order with you last night for a few supplies. With shipping it comes to about 45 dollars. I tried to use paypal but it was denied. I tried to twice. Then i changed so you guys could use the account information from my last order. I was just wanting to make sure that paypal didnt send 2 extra payments.

Hi Dustin,

I checked paypal and didn't see any payments in there, so looks okay. I also looked up your order and looks like we had a problem with your credit card, so you might call 317-895-9005 and check on that if we haven't called you yet.

Sorry about the problem with paypal. Seems okay now if you want to just send direct money from them.

hey,
so was my credit card charged? I am not sure. I think it was charged 2 extra times for the product. One time being with over night shipping. The order with shipping was for $45.73. That was standard ground service.

Then i believe i accidently placed the same order with overnight shipping for around $72. The reason i an pretty sure of this is because i am missing $118 dollars from my account. $45.73 and then $72 is $188.

So i am pretty sure that i have been charged for $45.73 for the order, and then two more times, one for 45.73 then another for $118.

Hi Dustin,

I searched our credit card processor system and we only have one charge of $45.73 and it was declined, so we actually have not taken any money out of your account. So i would call your bank first thing, the only thing it should show from us is an attempt to authorize, but no actual withdrawl. So your order is still on hold for the credit card.

Our online system doesn't actually charge you online, we do it offline, but paypal does charge you online, that is the only exception. I did search paypal as well, which is more difficult, i just looked for your name, where the CC program i can search for your actual cc#. I didn't see anything under your name from 23rd, 24,25th and 26th. Unless your paypal account is under a different name??
