My ph is low

This is my first fish tank it is a 30 gallon saltwater tank. I need help raising my ph which is at 7.5. I have a hang on the back filter not a protien skimmer.

I wouldn't worry about your pH, salinity, alkalinity and temperature is much more important. Also how are you measuring the pH, many of the tests on the market are not very accurate.

I'm using test strips. I read I could open a window will I have to leave it open all the time or not?

The accuracy of the test strips is low, but if you really are concerned about the pH opening the windows or the doors should help. I truly wouldn't worry, but I understand your concern.

Also... how old is the the tank? If it's still cycling, don't worry about pH at all as it'll bounce all over the place.
