I've been wondering how long it would take for this transformation, I got them in early Dec 2010.

Very cool! :)
I also have wondered the same as well. I've had my Picasso for 2 weeks now... Looks like I have to be patient. Clearly the only thing fast in reefing is anything that can go wrong :spin2:

They will likely have a lot more black if you have them with a different species of anemone, or even without any anemone(no anemone is better than BTA in term of coloration for A. percula)

That is a GBTA, it just doesn't like to bubble...

There is no difference b/t an BTA and GBTA -- they are all E. quadricolors. What he was getting at that certain anemones can/will reduce the amount of black in A. percula. IME, M. doreensis will remove all the black.

ohhhh, I see said the blind man... I like them turning black, that is one reason why I traded my Ocellaris for them. IMO they look better than your orange and white Ocellaris clowns.

I agree, the black is so much better. I freaked when mine lost their black -- glad it came back after I switched to an S. haddoni.

When I got them,

WOW, I never knew their color could change back like that. I thought the color change was a result of maturation not environmental. Thanks for sharing..
