Would someone tell me if I can take shrimp out of my pre QT tank and add ammonia to test it out?I checked the readings today and test results are below. I am just trying to get some HOBs cycled here.

Also, what am I seeing on this dry rock that has been in the tank for 16 days so far.

green algae on what would the pink stuff be.

You could add ammonia now, but I would wait for the nitrites to drop to zero first.
When the Nitrites go down,I then add ammonia to reach .2 ppm. When that goes down, shouldn't I be clear to begin a QT of my CUC?
I am starting my DT cycle today.

2 PPM, not 0.2 PPM

you can start your QT for CUC and/or first fish now. that way, by the time the DT is fully cycled, your residents will just getting ready to come out of QT.

You should wait for both the ammonia and the nitrites to drop to zero. Ammonia is much more toxic than nitrites, but the nitrites will harm your livestock.

Is it ok to use a regular garden water hose from outside to serve the RO/DI? The water pressure inside 35 psi and suckoh's big time and renders the rodi useless. but outside is 60. I'm not sure if I need that white rv hose or not which I don't have.
Thanks.

I would use a hose listed as safe for drinking water (potable). Non-potable hoses can leach chemicals into the water. In theory the RO/DI unit should filter all those out, but at a potential of using up your DI resin faster, so take the safe route.
