Below refers to a little bit of my experience at a recent WWC sale and the comments about the problem by other RC'ers. This is how I saw things from my side. I can only guess that they have a different opinion. I would have posted a complaint with them here on RC in the vendor forums, but they are not listed there.
Did they do some good things? Yes.
Did they do some things that I think was not good customer service? Yes.
Nismo and Gasman I would like to say thanks to both of you. Now everyone is going to know about the problems that I had with WWC. I make one little comment about a freah cut frag and you 2 blow it all out of proportion. BTW most likely very few people would have figured it out but now they all know.

This is a personal matter and has absolutely nothing to do with the club. I was not talking bad about a store but stating what happened.

You seriously think that they would let me stand in the way of them making $$$$ at a frag swap?

Now why would I even want to bother to contact them after commets like "œWhat do you expect, they are 40% off" and that is a direct quote. Well let me see, I go to a sale that is 40% and I expect the corals to be as they are on the web site since nowhere did I see 40% for smaller corals. Case in point. I bought a LE Key Lime Mango Sherbet. The site says 5 eyes. Ok now look at my picture. I can only count 3. Of thats right, what should I expect since they are 40% off. Oh and I can hear it now. You did not have to buy them. Did someone hold a gun to your head?? No Manny they didnt. I walked in and handed them a list of what I wanted. They started pulling them. I tried to watch what they were pulling but it was hard to see everything since it was crazy and they would pull a few of mine and then they would go and help someone else and then go back to my list. All the while I am also trying to see what else there is since I have never been in there.

My comments are not out of line when I state what happened to me. I am only representing myself in this matter and absolutely no one else. This has nothing to do with the club.

And your point is??? He was a speaker at the club and had it not have been him it would have been someone else. He was thanked by the club and given something.

Such a dumb comment and I don't even know what it means, but thats ok you can bash me and it is ok, but when I have a comment to say you guys jump all over me. I would think that you would have something better to do with your time.

I think that is the definition of a hypocrite. You say you don't get involved with the club anymore because of comments by other people but you are here on RC doing exactly what to claim not to like!!!
Again, what happened with World Wide Corals and I had absolutely nothing to do with the club. Also, most of the people on the forum are not even club members. My guess that the RC'ers that belong to the club is probably less than 10%.

If its any of your business which it is not, I ordered 4 chalices for $660.00. There was a problem when they arrived with both of the Lazer Beams. I called them right away and they said to keep an eye on them and to let them know. I called about 2 weeks later and left a message. Not only one time but 2! After this I am thinking that they don't want to deal with it so I decided to let it go and not to do any business with them. Well recently I see a post by I think Rogger about WWC and a sale. I have always wanted to go up there so I decide to send and email to see if they were going to respond. Had they not responded then I never would have bought from them again. Maybe my calls did slip thru the cracks. I don't know since I don't work there, but when I emailed them they responded very fast and said that they would give me the store credit.

They responded and I quote "œI would be happy to issue you a livestock credit to you either in the store on on line." So when he said that I was not getting store credit I was confused. I did not know that they still had some. That is not what he said in the email. And I never said that I did not want the corals anymore. I don't know where you are getting your info from. So any time you want to see that email you can see it since it is in my phone. I have the proof and what do you have???

Don't EVEN go there! You have no clue as to what really went on. Were you there?? No you wern't so until you know the WHOLE story then its best to keep it zipped. You have never even been to a board meeting this year.

This is the WWC Hologram. This is how it was when I pulled it out of the bag. It had popped off of the plug and was bent completely upwards. I took the pic after I pushed it back down. This is the coral that they cut in half that day. They did not even use enough glue to glue it completely down! The Hologram frag is in the top row third from the right.

The things that I did buy at WWC and 2 other places. There were a few other chalices that I was interested in, but after what happened there that day at WWC I decided that I was not interested in them any more. Walked out of there with still over $300.00 left which I had in my budget for WWC.
