There is sooo much bad press for aquacave on here...

Here is some good press. I did not have any problems, got quick email response on a backorder, and after deciding not to wait for the BO they shipped next day.

WOW!!! maybe they are not as bad as everyone has to say on RC. No, this is neither my first order nor my first good experience.




Details for you naysayers"¦.

Placed order on a Sunday night.
Monday they emailed me and said my bulbs would be a week or more
I said, cancel those I'll reorder later
They shipped on Tuesday
I received everything(including gallons of 2 part, Mag, tons of small items, tubing, food, etc) on Thursday.

The folks at Aquacave work their A$$es off for us reefers. If we had a thread for every great order with Aquacave, the negative threads wouldn't even be noticed. For some reason, folks in this hobby are balls to the wall dedicated about reporting negative experiences. Believe me, I can completely understand frustration when your new toy doesn't come when its supposed to. Some folks also need to realize that Enrico and company give 110% and sometimes mistakes do get made. We all make mistakes. To err is human, but to forgive is devine...

Well deserved props to the OP for recognizing aquacaves good work!
