Looks a bit white but wold say he will become brighter as he ades though. This is common in smaller bubbles.

Just be watchful. Sometimes, the GSM are really rough with these small anemones. I have one about that size that is now in my hospital tank after being ripped nearly in half by a maroon clown. Be ready to either move it or isolate it from the clown if any signs of damage develop.

You might want to seperate the clown from the rbta. At one time my rbta was washed out and looking a little white and my clowns rely did a number to it. Seperate them feed the rbta 2-3 times a week until he can recover.

I used a strawberry container to seperate the clowns

Definately a little "bleached". Looks similar to my RBTA when I first got it (but mine was worse). Be sure to feed it silversides or something similar every 2-3 days as stated above until it is a more solid color. Mine took a couple months to get fully colored, and now that it has been 3 months, it is even darker (healthier). As it gets healthier, the tentacles will get longer and it will look bigger. Mine also lost the bubbles, but yours might keep them.
