sorry for the delay...
We have the 7 babies from the first batch, they are a lot darker than my Ocellaris babies and they have their head stripe now...

Our next batch is due to hatch Wednesday... So far the clutch has developed nicely.
I'm hoping this batch will be quite a bit larger than the first batch...

I have a pair of the Midnight Photons too.... so thats the plan

We're expecting babies tonight... I'm guessing there is about 50-75 eggs... This clutch is almost twice the size as the first... The tank temp is 79.5 now... I hope that's not going to be an issue....

Ocellaris babies tomorrow night... another BIG clutch.....
I'm going to be very busy again....

We collect fry for 2 nights, the first night only a fry hatched and the second night the remaing eggs hatched... I can't really tell how many yet, this morning I collected 4-5 dead...

No dead babies this morning...YIPEE! Its still so difficult to tell how many larva we collected.
I will clean the tank tomorrow and take a picture...

Batch 1 is doing fine..They are eating Octomine A with no problems at all.... I don't think I'm going to feed this batch BBS........ I need to move a few tanks around so I'm able to take some pictures..

Your welcome... We all know how difficult it is to even attempt to raise larva...
On paper it looks and sounds easy.... But I think everyone here will say it isn't.... :thumbsup:

looking good, seems they will be very dark, thats how my midnight/black snowflakes babies look dark just like that...Very awsome and keep us updated please!!!

Batch 1 has their middle bar stripe now and doing well... Eating like little piggies!

Batch 2 is doing well also... most have their first head stripe now. They made the switch to TDO 1 just fine. Batch 3 due on Wednesday but I'm not sure if I'm going to collect this batch.... I have my hands full at the moment with babies...
Batch 3 clutch is larger than all the others.... Which is a good sign of the parents having a proper diet and fertilizing the eggs....

I have room for 5 more 10g tanks on my shelfs Ed made for me in the fish room....
But I still think I'm going to let this batch go... I need to regroup for a couple of weeks...
