My Sebae Anemone wont find a home

I purchased a Sebae Anemone about a month ago, it was bleeched (I guess this is common)

It appears to be healthy, its condition hasn't gotten any worst however it wont find a place to call home...

I should have done more research but I was hoping you can help...

Does this Anemone want to be int he sand or on a rock? I've tried to help him by creating a hole int he sand but that doesnt seem to help... If I dont prop him up i just find him blowing around the tank.

Any ideas?

They are sand dwellers. Dig the hole again as deep as you can and then put the foot in and bury his foot in the sand. Try to do it at the base of a rock with alot of light and med flow. Just make sure all the sand you pulled out for the hole is put back on it's foot.

I actualy had a photo, it does not show its foot, but hopefuly this pic will be good enough, let me know I can take a different pic.

This pic was when I first got him, I had balanced him on the rock not knowing any better, since then i've tried puttin him in the sand..

While You see the pic, this one is bleeched right? Assuming it gets healthy what color will it be? :)

Yes...he is definitely bleached. He will turn a golden brown color once he settles in and finds a spot to his liking. I have learned from many members in this forum to be patient, and do not stress the anem by trying to move it too much. Keep the water parameters as stable as possible, and when the anem settles down, you might try some thawed mysis shrimp gently blown over the anem with a turkey baster. Keep the pics coming, and keep asking questions.

I know thats kinda border line enough, but I've heard others say that should be enough light?

Its PC lighting I am assuming. I would say thats not enough light. PC lighting doesn't penetrate much and border line isn't good enough for any anemone to thrive really.
