My slowly growing Blasto collection

I agree, Jc post 53 is gorgeous. Are these difficult to care for? Do they grow in a ball, or spread out?

Thanks guys! Sometimes I will spot feed certain colonies, but not often. Mostly just feed the tank here and there. I am running dual 39w t5ho. ATI blue plus and aquablue special. Just ordered new bulbs yesterday as mine are already over a year old, time went by fast. I got blue plus and then a uvl aquasun.

What size tank. I have a 220 n been eyeballing a few of these. My tank is 30 inches tall. I have LEDs any suggestions

What's your secret. I've only had one Blasto and it died fast. All my other LPS has been fine. I actually placed the Blasto about the same level and flow where I have my Trachy. The Trachy is great, but the Blast just died off.

Thanks guys, No new pictures lately. I have a 20L tank that all the blastos were in. I had over 30 color morphs, and out of nowhere some started dieing off. Ended up losing about half of my collection. Not sure of the trick to keeping them but I know that they are real finicky and can start going down hill real fast.

Wow that really sucks! sory to hear that. I have few blastos and curently 3 of them are recovering. It sucks especailly because they are not cheap!
