My sps problem

I have had sps corals in the past and the have all died. Last weekend at the frag swap I thought I would give it another chance so i baught an Acropora and Montipora frag. Today I noticed the acro has started to bleach out. I would really rather not have it die. What should I do? the tank its in is 15 gal with 110 watts and its right at the top of my tank. Any help would be appricated.

What is your water flow like? I have had the same probs in the past and it all boiled down to inadequate water movement.
Keep in mind I am not advocating pointing a large powerhead at your frags, but rather an increased random flow that more reflects what some SPS get in the wild.

What about water quality and other corals in the tank? Have you tested out all the parameters?
