Hello all well after a 2 year hiatus I am hooked again and cant wait to setup my new tank...

Back in February I started up a 20 Gallon Long and have had it up and running ever since, Below is a picture of it....

I have recently upgraded to a 29 Gallon to get a little more depth and to be able to keep a few more fish...

The 29Gallon has been up and running now for over 2 months and I finally found the time and money to get it going...

Equipment So Far:
29 gallon Tank
Custom Stand and Canopy
Odyssea 1 x 250 MH running Phoenix 14k bulb + 4 T5 blue atinics
(Which will be replace with Ati Bulbs soon.)
2 x 750 Koralia on a wave timer
800Gph Overflow Box
Rio 2100 return pump
15 Gallon Sump
Reef Octopus Skimmer

Live Stock:
20-25lbs of Live rock
Dwarf Flame Back Angel
Red Fin Fairy Wrasse

My plans for this tank unlike my last is for it to be SPS dominant as I have never really been able to keep the pieces I have admire most.
Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.. I will have pictures of my new setup soon as I am still waiting on a few parts to arrive...

It's very very nice! Good job

Thank You, the picture was of my 20L looking forward to the new design.

Looks good. How do you like the MH on the tank? Any issues with temps?

I just upgraded the light from quad T5 to the MH system so I haven't ran in to temp problems just yet, still deciding if I want to hang them or build a Canopy...
I should know by later today...

Quick update guys

My hanging kit came in and so did my pheonix bulb... What a difference in lighting now with the new bulb...

Here is my tank as it sits...

I am waiting on my overflow box to come in as well as my return pump...
I'm going to be setting up a Rubbermaid sump to add additional water volume and to relocate the skimmer...

I am debating on if I should empty the tank and go bare bottom or minimal sand as I do want to set this up as a SPS tank...

What are your thought?

Before the Phoenix bulb came in this is what the light looked like...

Also remodeled the rock scape trying to decide which way to go...

Will do, once I get all my stuff together I will re arrange my post lol I created this one in a bit of a hurry... Can't wait to for everything to come in this week..

Ok a few updates...

Finally got my hang out overflow box in as well as my return pump. Used a Rubbermaid 18gallon container as a sump, I will be using it for my skimmer and to hold more live rock. Got my canopy fished up and painted to match my base, and I also decided to go with a bare bottom tank in order to keep a cleaner look.
