My summer was spent out of town for work mostly. Once the new shop was set and I was due for my promotion I got a boot instead. Just started a new job Monday so I finally have some time home. Hope all is well friends! I did fish some... Biggest was a 70 lb blue cat

Nice fish, did you fillet it up? Traveling is overrated! Stay at home with your friends and family, money just isn't worth it to give up what is nearest and dearest to you.

No Dave I released him to fight another day, caught a 50 in July. The tank is at a friends and he is doing pretty good with it. I don't even have an empty tank herr any more. The 200 is actually at some sushi shop off grand. I just haven't had time or the extra funds to keep up with it. Nicole has had 3 knee surgerys since late September. The third was today, things have been pretty rough over this last year.

Also, I love to catch and release everything just about, unless I am just taking some smaller 3-5 pound catfish for eating. The big ones I feel obligated to put back in the rivers/streams as they serve a purpose to the ecosystem and maybe someone else can experience the joy of landing something that big.
