My tank size for S. Haddoni

I finally found a site that has the haddoni color that I want... now the final question.. is my tank big enough?

I have a 60g cube (24x24x24). I have an open spot in the corner that is 8"x9". Will that be large enough to sustain a haddoni?

I plan on getting a small or medium haddoni to start .. so it should be around 6 to 9". I know they will grow very fast up to 15" but if he sits flat or diagonal he should still have lots of space in that area.

I think it will be tight for a full grown Haddoni. I currently have a blue one that is over 12" wide and he takes up quite a bit of space in my 48" long tank. Remember Haddoni are very sticky and probably won't play nice with anything near it. Is the 8x9" limited by livestock surrounding it or something else? Also how is the lighting in that area? Too dim and he will stretch if not move out of there.

Your tank size is fine. It just that the space you have for it is not enough. But that's an easy to problem to fix.
