My Tank's "Flow Chart"... room for improvement?

Hi all,

My system has been running since August last year and so far it's doing "ok". I'm now looking at the system in terms of how the water is flowing from section to section and wondering where I can make improvements. Please take a look at this "flow chart" and let me know what you think.

I'm going to be making some changes to the design of my refugium and I want to make sure I get the most benefit possible out of it. Since I'm running a skimmer, the refugium has to come after it, but other than that I can change things around if need be.

I haven't looked into chillers, but I think you want it to flow back to the tank rather than back into the sump.

Also, you tee off your return line, then tee one of those branches off. I would be very tempted to run two returns into one big manifold with a valve seperating it into two distinct sides. With that, you could independently control the flow to each branch as well as easily throw a valve in order to keep the system running in the event of pump failure.

Ok so you are saying I should go from the manifold to the chiller?

I could send the chilled water straight to the tank, but i have at least 100g in the garage so i figured I might be better off sending all cooled water right back to the source of the hot water. Right now, it's the only thing feeding my fuge and frag tank (except for a little bit coming out of the reactors).
