my tanks

"it's better to ask forgiveness than to ask for permission"
Well in most case's that true.
My plan is to start off small and slowly upgrade. She loved the fish but hated helping me do waterchanges.

my first try w/ an acan.....wasn't successful :( started bleaching out a tad due to it being under my enormous clam, moved it away so it wouldn't be shaded and then it got what looked like that brown jelly disease mess. so, out it came

took a few shots tonite...

I got these two blue dot derasa's from Atlantis Aquariums. The bigger one i got last month, the smaller one I bought last weekend...

this is my 75g i set up for my gigas clam last nov. took gigas out, and now this is a seahorse tank...it's in my bedroom which is the coldest room in the house. it stays at a pretty constant temp of 70degrees, even got down to 67 one night. SH's love it!!! i have some zoa frags from Will in there and some softies... no ill effect from low temp

ty.

What happened with the 40B?

um.....out of the 5 holes, only one leaked. i have NEVER siliconed anything in my life. didn't want to do it. i called you last week and i was gonna see if i could bring it by and see if you'd do it for me. you didn't answer and i didn't leave a message. i bought a thing of silicone last week, left it outside for the whole week....it got ruined. just got back from Lowe's & bought some more, and the stupid stuff wouldn't come out of the tube. It came out the bottom end, if you understand that. I had to use my fingers and do it that way. made a total mess. accidentally did the inside first. got that off the glass, then did the outside like you told me in the first place. it is outside now, and i guess in 12 hours i will see if it's hard. if not.....i will be calling you again!!!! :hmm5:

i need to get it up and running....i have high hopes for this tank!!! oh, i stained the stand and the stand looks awesome!!! not that it didn't before, but it just looks awesomer :)
