My trip Saturday to Salty Critter

Just wanted to throw out some well deserved kudos.

Today I went to Salty Critter in search of a new light for my tank.

I was there for over an hour talking to Ed, Dan, and the rest of the guys there about what kind of light I can have for my 75 that I am upgrading to in the next month.

They took care of me well and were very thorough as to what my wants are for my new tank. No pressure to land a big sale, and answered all my questions honestly and with care.

I ended up getting a nice MH 175w retrofit kit with dual ballast setut and even got a skimmer for my new sump.

In a day in age where customer service usually means the customer gets treated poorly, these guys get it and have proven to me once again why they are the best around.

And this is why I will be a lifelong customer there.

I have been no where that has the customer service, and with a smile, that Dan and his crew at Salty Critter have. Top notch establishment.

Stan I saw the way you and Dan were carrying on.............and your wife was no where to be seen LOL kidding just kidding. When you left I I overheard Dan order his new Caddy ......said something about the guy from Highland Hts. was back and now he could afford it again. LOL
