my tunze 6025 broke, what do I do? 6 mo old

hey all,

the power wne out today. when it came back on, niether of my 2 tunze 6025's would work. they have been clicking a lot any time I power them up. anyway, one, I got working (the impeller was just froze up for some reason). I took the other apart, and found that the impeller was broken. The metal shaft that runs on the inside of the impeller was sheared off. what do I do? I have only had these pumps sinse August. they were bought brand new.

please help.

I can't find a replacement impeller anywhere.

plus, both my holding clips are broken. I had tried glueing them, but they just break again. anyhow, main problem is the broken impeller. I have to get this pump up and running ASAP. my reef is down to half its normal flow, and I don't feel too great about that pump since it was froze up

You are in Kansas I see, we are in Texas, about 2-3 days transport time, if you send me the pumps we will replace them within a day of getting them, these problems have all been solved.

I shipped them today. they are coming UPS next day air, so you should receive them tomorrow. They are packaged and labeled so that the porblems are easily identifiable

forgot to mention. I shipped them from my business, and the return address automatically defaults to my business address when I ship something. I pm'd you my home address and information. Hopefully it is not too much of a problem to return them to my home address. Thank you again
