There currently is no Norwegian distributor. However, we can go through the UK distributor but you will likely have to pay the costs associated with shipping the items both ways. Another idea is to go through the US, but again you will have to pay shipping both ways.

In short, the older style driver that you have in Europe is somewhat obsolete and the newer Wireless Wave Driver is much more reliable and should solve your problems. Our UK distributor will have stock in these parts very soon and could provide you an upgrade to the controllable driver as the simplest way to correct these problems.

Thank`s..

So what you say is that i can ship my pumps to the UK distributor and , pay the difference to the distributer..

Does the new driver create a higher torque on the prop? I had my vortech stall on me a couple of times when I was running at less than 100% power. You suggested to run it at a higher power, which I now do, although I'm a bit disappointed in that the "fix" doesn't really solve the problem, it only avoids it.

Are you running with the older driver? The new driver doesn't experience nearly as many stalls for a variety of reasons, but basically it's just a better platform overall.

Yep. The original driver.

Can you elaborate on some of the changes that reduce the number of stalls? If I'm going to upgrade, it'd be helpful to have a few more facts that the problem I"m trying to fix is in fact fixed by the upgrade. Thanks in advance.

Hi Hal,

The new driver is a whole new platform from the ground up. Different parts, different software, etc. With the WWD, the only time I've ever heard of stalls has been on pumps in which there was actually something wrong, which means the driver was doing its job. With the old driver there would be false stalls, like what you've described.

There are other benefits to the upgrade too, such as the two random modes, pulse mode for wave generation, feed mode, and the ability to wirelessly sync multiple pumps together. The WWD also runs about 5 watts more efficiently, bringing the pump down to about 28 watts at 3000 gph.
