My water test results.

What is the best way to drop my amonia? A water change?

Depends on the test kit you are using. are you sure there are ammonia in there, or just a crappy test kit (like the ones from petsmart/petco/walmart?) May wanna get a second opinion, but for the mean time, a water change sure wouldn't hurt.

Salinity seems a tad low, Ca, ALK, and PH all seem out of whack, PH is lower than the minimum recommended for a saltwater tank.

First, is your tank still cycling?

Sounds to me like you are using a not so good test kit. I would get a second opinion or take some water to your LFS and have them test. Salifert test kits are the tests of choice these days. Very accurate and reliable. The only way to know for sure what is going on is to have real, hard numbers.

For pH, straight baking soda will not raise pH but lower it. Most issues are caused from elevated co2 levels in the tank. Open some windows and let some fresh air in. Remember, pH will raise during the day and fall at night. This is normal. As long as you fall in the suggested range you are ok (7.8-8.5). I am still suspect of the method of testing.
