within 4 days mucus is gone(should of took before and after but i forgot)
i added 5 drops ( 1 drop per gallon) everyday. no heater.
anyways thought i d share this...

Ich has a life cycle, a lot of times it drops off the fish and the hobbyist thinks it is cured, only to have it come back 10 times as bad a couple days later.

It helps to be doing daily 25-50% water changes on the QT, you'll suck all the ich off the bottom of the tank.

Dont do it with water from your display though or you'll just be reinfecting your clown again. Which you'll also do when you put it back into the display.

Quick cure is a formalin based product and would be effective against Brooklyella (aka clownfish disease). One of the common symptoms of brook is the generation of excessive white mucus.

coulndt find formalin so i used this for now to battle brook and it worked for me. no more mucus. also i used the 5g of display water to not stress out my clown and i dont intend to use back the old water ive meidicated.
