thought i'd post some pics of my wife's mushroom dominated softy tank... its an oceanic cube lit by a 250wmh on an electronic ballast... enjoy

the tank has been up for about 18 months now and runs skimmerless, sumpless, etc... just a tank with a light, powerhead, and heater... water changes are done every 2-4 weeks with water taken from my sps tank... hope you like it

250w20kMH on electronic ballast... no clue what bulb since i bought the light setup used but i think its a hamilton

i really like this tank...my current tank is all mushrooms

have you allways run this tank sumpless/skimmerless?
also do you add anything to the water or just keep it like it is when it comes out of you SPS tank?

wow the bright green ones and the striped are really really nice. loving the bright blue as well....i just got my first red mushrooms today with some LR i bought. i got i think 17 total med-small sized shrooms and they are a very very bright red. I am soo excited!
