Really nice... my LFS got those last week and the frags were $10 for like 10plus polyps really nice i have them in my tank and they almost look like palys... really nice tho...

sorry i didnt put that much attention to the description :p... yeah i thought they were palys cause of their size... have the same thing!
 
ive got alot of those too. luckily for you yours are mounted on a nice branch where i got mine and they were on basically many tiny rocks stuck together by the mat of the palys. and of course the large piece fell apart as they settled in the tank and now i have many small frags of that stuff. there are also the more grey polyps in there too, that i also have. very nice pics
 
What do you guys think about these - zoas or palys? Just picked them up last week. This pic was taken with the corals still in the bucket.

these are palys not zoos

They are zoas.And if you want to get techical those are not palythoas.Sorry to get of the topic but i love the yellows.I believe that is the hardest color to find.IMO
 
the way they are growing w/out a coenstum(ajoining base)makes me think they may be parazoanthus sp. or one of the odd type of polyps not seen as much as other species.my 2 cents
