my zoas closed

my zoas closed now and wont open. all my other colonies are doing quite well. to the dismay of my sps. but this colony has closed and stayed that way for a couple of weeks now and i dont know why. what can i do to get it back open. please help

those seem to be if all are lookin bad but its just that colony out of several. i inspected it for parasites and nothing.

I have the same problem one large colony of palies will not extend their hair like edges. they stay semi closed and have now for 3 or 4 days. The only thing I have seen in the tank are what I call rubber band worms. they extend to move where they want, I do not know if the worms are actually called that though. maybe they are cleaning themselves, since that is the only colony so far. They have been in the tank since last Septmeber. Nothing has changed in the last month or so.
