my zoas have brown strings

i have about 20? peach and yellow zoas and every once in a while one or two of them have about 3-4 inch strings that are coming out of their mouths. they look healthy and i have had them for about 5 months. any ideas? thanks

I agree with killingseed partially. Sometimes due to stress the release some zooxanthellae. IT may be due to a temp swing, water changes or changes in parameters. Or it is just time for them to poop. I poop after a good meal. LOL
