I bought this frag back in November and while it has colored up nicely, growth has been almost non-existent. My parameters are all in order and it's on the bottom of my 20 gallon tank under a 175 watt MH bulb and two T5 actinics. (moderate flow) When I bought the coral I was told that as it grows it will take the form of a cup or a bowl. Well here it is 5 months later and no go. I was just wondering if this is true or do they need to have a solid base underneath them to grow/spread on to? Thanks.
