Can anyone help me identify what these may be, I've noticed they've started showing up in the top of most of my rock. This evening is the first that I've noticed them.
can you take a less blurry photo with the white lights on as well? It might help. They're a bit more uniform in size than I'd suspect for bubble algae, but can't think of anything else that would be a better match.
Aquarium Photography Rules 101
#1-Turn the blue lights way down or off..
#2-Make sure that the photo is in focus and clear.
#3-Don't post a picture until its clear/in focus/not looking like an acid trip or bottle of windex on crack...
Sorry, just snapped some quick ones with my phone and had to step out of the house; completely forgot I made this and didn't get a chance to really look at the photo.
I do have a decent population of them, so it could be. Actually, something interesting is that I haven't really seen my nerites for awhile then all of the sudden I seen them all over in that area.
Having, or going thru a pineapple sponges outbreak, I'd say it's looking just like what's going on in mine. No need to worry, at least that's what I've been told.
