Mystery creature from Fiji

[Nihoa]

Someone might know what this thing is. Seen on a dive in Kadavu, Fiji. The vid starts following along behind the critter and then turns nice and blurry just when it comes in closer. Not the best vid but to summarise some of the features I see:

-translucent with spotting (obvs)
-long appendage underneath somewhat like a tail
-large fin middle of the back that provides most of the propulsion
-eyes are close together on top
-some sort of appendage coming off the top. very fine, difficult to see

I don't even know where to start guessing what it may be. Thoughts?

Oh, that's one of those things that was in the news awhile ago. A fisherman pulled one up and basically just went "***".
That is COOL.
