mystery white squirting thing

So today while feeding the 45 gallon tank, I shut off all my pumps to feed the tank, suddenly out of a rock this tube came out of a hole and squirted white stuff. I kept watching and a few min later this longish brown wormy arm or something reached out about 2 inches and then squirted the white stuff again and then it hid back in the live rock!!!!

What in the world is it???

-any clue will help, can't get a photo of it.

Sounds like it might be a peanut worm. I have a few in my tank and haven't seen any harm come from having them. They seem to like eating algae off the rocks at night. Here is a link to melevsreef with a photo. Peanut Worm

I think you are right about what it is. a peanut worm. I was thinking about a similar name slightly different, my friends thought it was a very funny description.
