well i have one...i was using a Ushio 70 watt bulb up until last week when for some reason or other it blew...i ordered new 70 wat bulb (not ushio) needed a temp bulb at the moment...anyway...it wont fire up and the ballast seems to be buzzing really loud, just wondering if any one would know what could be wrong with the ballast and if it is worth fixing...if it can be..
