Nice looking scape but I would have to say most of these are out of focus and totally blue. The second shot is the best. Were just your blue T5's on? Or is it b/c of the white balance? It also appears your water is really cloudy? Did you just stir up the sand? If so, take more time to focus (if manual) and turn off your pumps and wait for all the sediment to settle.

yeah i just cleaned it so i snapped a picture. I just have a cheap point and shot camera, i want to get a BETTER Camera. trying to find someone locally who has a great camera to take pics for me but no luck. The camera makes it look extremely blue when its really not. Im running 14k 250W Metal Halides and actinics. If i had a better camera it look less blue and i could actually focus it myself lol. but i deal with what i have lol

Ahh. Well that all makes perfect sense :) I started out with a Canon Rebel and loved it. I have since moved up to the Canon 40D which I absolutely love.

For now, try seeing if your P&S camera has different white balance settings to fix the blue.

You can fix the white balance in photo editing software pretty easily without giving a "photoshop" appearance. You just adjust the tint.
