Does the nano 3165 come with the magnet holder? Also is there enough room for a small heater in it? My tank is only 9.4 inches high, will this fir properly?
Yes, it includes the magnet holder. I don't know of any heater that would fit, the inside chamber for the media is only about 4.5" deep. It is 8.6" tall and only about 8" is submerged so it should fit just fine.
