Nano 6025 very loud again.

I have one of the 1st batch nano 6025, which ran loud but then settled in and ran really quite for months. Now all of sudden it has become extremely loud.

Any idea what this could be?

Mine started doing it also a couple of weeks ago after being wisper quiet for months. I took it apart and made sure the metal thing was pushed in but it still does it. I just turned mine off because I couldn't stand the noise.

Will glueing the metal part to the hole work?

Glue will work in some cases but I think it is best to get your pumps replaced. This won't happen in the latest pumps as the hole is now much smaller and the fit is much, much tighter. I don't have any at the moment, you are welcome to glue the shaft in for the time being until more replacements come in.
