Nano ATO issue

Got home today to find my nano ATO isn't working correctly. I can hear clicking from the little power block where the wires meet but the pump won't run. I have a brand new pump that doesn't run either so I know it's not the pump. Anyone have any ideas? There can only be a few components in the block

I would send it in, it could be the controller or the power supply, likely if it is the controller, the original pump is what caused it to fail due to an overload. Include a note with your return address and phone number.
