Nano Dosing...Question

I have a 20G long aquarium. In it I have 2 sm Coral Banded Shrimps, 2 Clown fish, 3 Striped gobies, 1 Scooter goby, 2 Fire Fish, 1 Peppermint shrimp, zoos, and leathers, 10lbs of Live sand, and 20lbs of LR. (Yes some of those fishes will get too big, I also have a 46g aquarium, and they will be transferred there when the time comes)

Does any body use any dosing supplements in thier nano tanks?
I was given ``Kent Marine - Nano Reef (A + B)'' as a gift but I do not know if I should use it or not?

I use the Kent Marine 2 part once or twice a week. It helps keep my pH in the proper range. I assume the trace elements are benefitting my tank but it's hard to measure.
