Nano filter questions

For the Nano filter, how does the unit compensate for water being evaporated from the tank, will it then run dry?

Also, from the description, it seems like you can put in a bag of carbon or some other media in the filter... I thought you could only do that with the nano reefpack... Or does the reefpack only include a skimmer as well?

The reefpack is the Nano Cleaner and Nano skimmer together. It does not compensate and while it won't run dry it will produce tons of bubbles if the water level drops.

what is the best method to top off when using this filter. keeping everything hidden????

The sensors are really not that large, I still think the Osmolator is the best way.

roger can you use only the one sensor or would you reccomend using 2.

You need to use both, the float switch is a safety and running without it may be problem free for a year or more but when it isn't there and the main sensor fails it will not be a happy day.
