Nano Lighting Question

I thinking of setting up a 29gal with 20L gal sump. Now for the question.

For Lighting should I go with

-250w MH 10k and 150w of VHO Actinic?
or
-175W MH 10k and 150w of VHO Actinic?
or
-250W MH 15 or14k?

Oh yeah! I'm mainly going to keep sps

I think every option you have is a little overkill. 175 watt MH would be good, but you don't really need that much wattage in the actinic IMO. Maybe others would disagree, though.

I would go with a 150 watt halide. The 29 gallons arent very deep.
