How the beta tests program works:
Read the instructions for participation below. Applicants must complete this qualification form and fax it back for approval. Once approved to be a Beta Tester product will be sent to you with instructions for required testing & feedback Once the test is completed and we have your feedback, we will contact you with further instructions.
Who Qualifies to be a Beta Tester?
Applicants with Marine Aquariums from 10 â€"œ 35 gallons that can support an internal Nano Skimmer with a footprint of 4x2x9 inches. You should also be willing to provide the feedback we request by the end of the test period on the form we will provide with the test product.
How long is the Beta Test and what do I look for?
The test will run for 30 days during or after which we expect your feedback on the following aspects of testing this skimmer:
1. Your experience with Set up and Installation.
2. Your experience of “dialing in†the skimmer.
3. How well does the skimmer remove waste?
4. How often do you empty the waste cup?
5. How easy is it to clean the unit?
6. How is the noise level?
7. What is your overall opinion of the performance of this product?
