nano skimmer (fussion)---anyone running?

Dr's foster/smith have the fussion skimmer for nano's. Anyone have feedback on if they are worth it? Good--Bad, I'd like to hear opinions. Is there a better product out there? I currently have no problems in my tank, I do weekly water changes and media in the back chamber.

They overflow really easily.

The skimmer cup holds less than a shot glass.

I did not like them personally.

They did produce some skimmate tho.

Premium aquatics quit stocking them because they didnt like them, last I saw you could get a new one they were trying to get rid of for 15-20 bucks

I've heard a lot of negative about them over at nano-reefs.com


Only place i've heard them talked about..

But no personal experience

i just bought my remora pro hang on skimmer and don't know much about it but they make a small skimmer for nano tanks. Everyone tells me remora are real good skimmers for the price. I been really happy with mine quiet. bought it at marine depot.com

I had a fission...it was crap, didn't do anything, it was really hard to get the water level adjusted too!
