nano start up, hows it look?

i have a 10 gallon tank and im just in the stages of getting all the supplies, im going to mod an aquaclear 110 into a refugium with macro algae, live sand and live rock (if thats possible?) i ordered an 80 watt (40 actinic and 40 daylight) with moonlights from current USA. I'm planning on two 106 g/hr powerheads and a 50 watt heater.
planning on gettin about 12 lbs or so of live rock, live sand.. (dont know how much to get?)
fish:
2 percula clowns
1 yellow watchman goby
Inverts:
2 hermits
a couple snails
a porcelain crab
a cleaner shrimp
would it be possible to have a small starfish? if so what kind?
Corals:
a toadstool leather coral (i heard clownfish sometimes host in them?)
zoos
polyps of some sort
xenia
mushrooms
i dont really know exactly what kind of zoos, or mushrooms etc yet but i was wondering whether i could keep any of those corals with the 80 watts of light.

Looks good..
Just take your time, let the tank cycle before you add anything and go slow..
You plan to be in the hobby for years so why rush at the begining..

Yes that light should be fine for your corals.
I have a piece of frogspawn in my nano and it's doing great.

In the confines of a ten gallon the clownfish will harrass other fish. I'd skip the goby.

I have a red serpent star in on of my ten gallon tanks. I do spot feed it using a feeding stick three or four times a month. (After lights out so the clowns don't steal the food.)

Porcelin crabs are filter feeders and may not get enough to eat in a ten gallon.

The light should be fine for the corals you mention.

I have a false percula and a yellow watchman goby in a ten and they do fine with each other. The only thing is I have to put food in a little glass bottle down by the sand so the goby can eat since the clown fish is a pig and takes everything first. Two clowns and a goby seem like a bit much for a 10gal. Also I have a frogspwan in my ten here are some pic's of when I first got him and now.

are there any small crabs that i could keep other than hermits? i read about an anemone crab? thanks for the quick responses everyone. also, i read about people suggesting using RO water, the systems to do this look expensive and i dont know of anywhere near me where i could buy, i have a brita filter so couldnt i just use that and do water changes with that water? thanks for the help once again.

oh and i was reading up on sumps/refugiums and thought maybe i could turn this little 5.5 gallon tank into a sump for the 10 gallon? would that work or would it just be way more complicated than it would need to? thanks again

bmoons, I would also recommend you skip the porcelain crab, I have 2 emerald crabs in my 10g they are great little crabs; I would also suggest a sally lightfoot crab, I've heard good things about them but I've never had one myself. I've had a 10g tank for 1 year. I used to just use tap water but a couple of months ago I switched to RO water. There is a water station in the Maceys by my house, you can fill up a 5 gallon jug of RO/DI/etc water for less than $2.00. 5 gallons of water should last you at least a week with a 10g so it doesn't really cost that much in the end. I woiuld suggest scouting out the grocery stores near you; odds are that one of them has an RO/DI water dispenser. One important thing with small thanks is frequent water changes, since it is so easy to do a 1 gallon water change do it often. I would also suggest running a bag of carbon.
