nano stream 6045 brackets broke overnight

A few days back I noticed one of my Tunze 6045 was spinning around loose in my tank and the bracket was snapped in 3 parts in the bottom of the tank? Is this a known issue? They were purchase 6/27/08.

Any help would be great.

This was a problem with brackets made before November 2007, the plastic was too brittle, we since changed the plastic. PM me a shipping address and full name and I will send a new clamp.
