I'm not an expert and you should defintly get another opinion but I think 6 T5's on a 22 would probably cut it.

basically I have a 20gal H tank... I wanted to get a light that could grow acrop corals.. and With the Tek Light.. it comes out to like $400. Then I saw the CadLights setup.. Would I just be better off buyin the Cad lights setup? Get a Tank.. Light and filter ect for the same price as just the light?

That nano looks like a decent set-up. IF you buy it, take the bio balls and any filtration material out of the back . Live rock will provide the filtration you need. The bio balls will create problems in the long run.
