So what settings did you guys end up using on the 30x30 tank? I'm trying to set the nano up on a 24 x 24 cube and not having much luck. I've tried going slowly through the entire range at both 12v and 24v (nothing in-between) and the best I can get is about a 1/2" wave.

MANIMAL,

Yours is gonna be closer to being all the way counter clockwise...like reaaaaally close. Switch it to 24v and move it VEEEERY slowly clockwise.

Has the noise settled down on the 6105 yet.
I have a 6205 on pre order ans so I can only assume that it will potentially be even noisier.

My 6105 has been in service for a week and the noise is probably down by 50% already. My 6055's were also audible at first and now they are silent. I'm hoping the 6105 will also eventually become silent. I'm not running the pump at 100% however since I'm getting 1" worth of wave with it pulsing 1.2 seconds from 0-70% (opposite sync with the 6055's on the other end) but I could not be happier I'm gonna start saving pennies for another 6105.
