nano wavebox

Roger, I have a question about my box. I have it all hooked up & it is working properly however if i press in the button for the food timer to stop the pump it doesnt. any advise i just put this in my tank last night.

Is this a new wavebox or a unit you bought used? It is an unusual problem, I have seen it a couple times, once was water damage to the button, the other time the button was broken from its legs that are soldered to the board.

The unit is brand new. I got it as a gift from my girlfriend. I dont know where she would have bought it from since no one in the Pittsburgh area carries Tunze. I do know alot of the guys up at Preuss in Lansing. I actually met you at the MACNA here in Pgh with my friend Kirby Adams. What should I do?
