Looks like nice homes in the area, but they are all on top of their neighbor's IMO. Land rocks for what you pay for a house like that.

I would try to get the builder to put 10" of concret for the floor of the first floor/ceiling of the basement. That is what I have in my home and it is wonderful to have a big tank in the livingroom and not have to worry about a thing. Sure, it costs more, but the benifits far out weigh the price tag. The floor never makes noise and is always level. Too bad the second floor isn't like that! The concret isn't that hard to drill through either.

Enjoy the house is the making!!

Thanks! :) I'll ask about that concrete.

Where I live there is no land anywhere. There are actually no houses going to be built to our left, it's a reserve area. Once the house is built the HOA is supposed to clean everything up and seed it. Right now it's basically a dump site for the construction!

Most of the houses in this area sell for a million dollar plus with less then .50 acres. If we went out west farther we could have gotten ten acres, but been farther away from everything and had to deal with septic and bottled gas for heat.. neither of which we wanted to deal with.. so a smaller lot was the only way to go for us.

WOW NG!!! I knew your house would be better than mine. Very impressed with lot choice, good luck to you and Clown!

Thanks :) The lot is the best we've found so far. It's hard to see from the photos, but for our area, there is a ton of room and a large open space to the left. Really excited about it I'll post more photos when it looks more like a lot!

We got lucky, that lot was just opened up recently with no lot charge bc of high interest rates and a bad market.. so that saved us a lot of cash right there!

For sale one male sugar glider unnetured he is 8 months old and has just gotten his bald spot. He is sweet just needs to warm up to you. He is on the BML diet and gets yougrt and mealies for treats. His cage and all toys will go with him and his wheel. I am asking 150 for everything do prefer a experince owner but first time owners are okay as long as they have done thier reserch. If you have any questions plz call me 1-440-506-3289 and leave a message and I will get back to you.

Thnx slapshot :)

I have plenty of gliders, I breed my own but thnx for thinking of me! Males are harder to find homes for since it's hard to keep an un-neutered male with other males. Hopefully this person didn't keep him alone for a long time, as gliders cannot be kept alone.

Depending on the size of the cage, that's an okay price for the male. Poor guy :(
