Hi,
First I would like to say that I love your products! Now down to business. What is the warranty period on the Tunze Nanostream 6025? Asking because a couple days ago my nanostream started making a loud clicking noise. I finally got around to taking it out of the tank; thinking maybe it just need to be cleaned. But when I took it apart I found out that the little metal shaft. The one the magnet sits around to keep it centered had broken at the base. I have 2 of the nanostreams the other one is fine nothing is wrong with it. Don't know if it was just a defect in the one or if it was just old and needed to be replaced.
Wanted to know if it was fixable under warranty or has the warranty expired and I have to just purchase another one?
