Nanostream hates me.

I went to move it,
took it out of the tank put it on the towel,
clean the glass where it’s new location is,
put it back into the water got to plug it in and before I get a chance the bracket lets go.
Pull the bracket out and out it just broke in half.
Do they do this often.

In October we changed the bracket to a new more flexible plastic and I have not heard of this happening to the new bracket. If you PM me your address and name we will send a bracket.
