Thank you to all of you who came to the meeting. We enjoyed hosting it and look forward to doing it again sometime. Thank you for all of your positive comments as well as they are much appreciated.

Just want to add my thanks to Curtis and Christina. Ya'll have a beautiful home and tank to go with it!
I meant to bring you a couple of plastic clothes pins, but forgot. I use them to hold power head cords and media bags in the sump. Great invention!

Thanks Mariner, I ended up getting some chip clips that had some small clips in there I could use.

An update on my SPS's two of them were white on the day of the meeting and now this morning the other two started and by tonight looks to be about 3/4 of the tissue gone. I can see it flaking away. I checked all my measurement Cal, Mag, Alk, Nitrate, PH and all are fine.
I was reading about RTN in SPS and there are a number of things that can cause. I guess it had something to do with the water change. Alk could of dropped when I changed it if it was higher before I sucked 35g out of it.

Well at least none of the other corals seem effected by it including the Digi ones.

On those clips. Lowes has some really nice plastic clamps. They sell a variety pack that has some really large ones (great for holding flexible PVC in the sump area) and about a dozen smaller ones of various sizes. They are really handy for holding hoses in place and such when you're filling/draining and not too expensive. Look under John's sump at CRA next time you're in there.

That pink digi is really nice. Better hurry up and send me a frag or two in case it is next... Just kidding. Hope it stays healthy.

Sorry to hear that. SPS can be a PITA sometimes. Just a few days ago I lost a softball sized sps.. Some xenia touched a single branch of it.. Removed the xenia only for the entire coral to RTN over the next day. It sux when you baby them for so long just to watch them die for almost no reason Ugh..

hey everybody sorry it took me so long . i wont to thank curtis harry steve bob tomoko and anybody i did noy mention .thanks for the frags ! it ment a lot ! curtis verry nice tank it gave me more ideas . iam on the fence to build or buy a new home a in the wall tank is a must, i here 8 ball has a nice set up to verry interested in seeing some pictures . looking forwad to the next metting .so if any body has some frags they wont to get off there hands just let me know thanks jason

Hey yellow fin.. I was just fixing to send you a PM. If you click on my red house its linked to an old thread with pictures and info on my setup. Mine is kinda of a inwall.. Its sunk into the wall a few inches with an equipment room behind it.

Also I have 400w SE 20k Radium bulb you can have.. Its still good I dont even think it has 10 months on it.. Can't remember I always mean to write it down on them.. But I never do lol

hey that is just what i had in mine very sweet !!!!!!!!!with the corner tank to!!!!!!!! i have a 185 and a 155 i think steve is going to get the 155 i am not sure if we are going to buy or build a new home .but a filter room is a must i work for a local home builder so i have a lot of subcontrators that have said that the will donate the supplies !!! so the sky is the limit. i also work for jabco master built pool company fpr 4 years so plumbing and pumps skimmers is nothing new to me .on a difrent note thank you for the light bulb ! i would love to see your set up just to kind of figure out whats going to work and whats not . if you wont send me a pm and i will do the same and i will give you my cell number and how to get to my house if you have any used stuff you need to get grd for i am going to a300 g and need about every thing i will sel lsome of my equimpent to off set the cost for the new set up i will be more than happy to pay for the bulb . iam not asking for free stuff not that kind of person thank you for your time jason
